WEN Lavender Replenishing Mist Review

This fantastic smelling spray is a multi purpose product that can be used to replenish moisture to your hair, face and body. It helps calm frizz and quenches dry skin and hair without leaving a sticky or oily residue behind.

I've been getting a lot of use out of this product this summer because it doesn't cause my makeup to melt or weigh down my hair. I live in an area where it gets pretty hot and humid and this mist is so fine that it really does just pick you up and refreshes your skin and hair. The lavender scent is light, pretty and soothing. The one thing I would suggest when using this product is to not spray the roots of your hair, considering in the summer our hair tends to be a bit more oily at the roots.

This mist is a little pricey so it probably won't appeal to everyone but if you're already a fan of WEN products or have issues with frizz, this would be a great product for you to check out!

Lush Cosmetics: Mint Julips Peppermint and Chocolate Sugar Lip Scrub Review

It's a very rare day that anyone would ever see me without lipstick or some other lip product on my lips. It's one of those beauty products I can't live without. Well, I recently purchased Lush's Mint Julips Peppermint and Chocolate Sugar Lip Scrub and it has made it on my "can't live without" list. This lip scrub keeps my lips completely smooth and flake free. I absolutely despise the feeling of dry, chapped and flaky lips. Having chapped lips also makes lipstick a bit more difficult to wear because often it enhances the appearance of any dryness. This lip scrub completely eliminates that problem.

The scent is more minty than chocolate in my opinion but I really like it. It tastes great and contains peppermint oil, Jojoba Oil, Vanilla Extract and Castor Sugar. It's easy as can be to use. Just scrub it on your lips and wipe off or you can even lick it off. I usually use this product once every night and then follow it with a nice thick lip balm to condition my lips all night. You need such a small amount each use that this container will last ou a very long time so the value is definitely good! There are three flavors total: Sweet Lips Lip Scrub, Bubble Gum Lip Scrub, and Mint Julips Lip Scrub. Definitely a must have in my opinion!

Rimmel London The Max Volume Flash Mascara

The bright, hot pink tube of this volumizing mascara is tough to miss. It's also very affordable at only $7 dollars. I had heard good things about this mascara from multiple people and YouTube gurus so I decided why not try it out?

I was pretty glad I did. It's main claim is it provides extreme volume and while that is true, it also adds a bit of length. I didn't have much of an issue with any clumping and the huge brush really fattened out my lashes. My only issue (although a mild one) is that the large brush made it just a bit difficult to get tinier lashes in the corners of my eyes. I did manage though and the brush does a nice job of fanning the lashes out.

The mascara formula is jet black (called Extreme Black) so it's good for a very dramatic lash look. Although this formula particular isn't waterproof, it didn't flake, melt off or smudge while I wore it throughout the day. It came off easily with my makeup removing wipes. This is an affordable mascara that does exactly what it says it does. Perfect for anyone looking for voluminous lashes without paying a fortune!

e.l.f. Shimmer Palette Review

This e.l.f. palette contains 4 shimmery shades that can be used in a variety of ways. I have literally used this palette nearly every single day since it was sent to me for consideration of review. The product is very creamy and weightless and isn't at all greasy. The colors are very wearable for a variety of skin tones and can be used on your face, eyes, or lips.

These shimmery creams are fantastic highlighters. The pearl shade looks gorgeous applied to the inner corners of the eyes and really brightens them up and makes you appear more awake. I highlight my brow bone and cheeks with the champagne color and apply a bit of the pinker shades to the center of my bottom lip over whatever lip color I'm wearing.

The price is absolutely unbeatable. Being only $3 dollars and an extremely usable product, I have zero complaints. I think almost anyone could find good use for this palette. Some of the shades would even look lovely as a shadow, especially this summer!
