I have a lot of friends who have this body shape and get so frustrated with dressing it. I know it can be tricky but all this means is you have wider hips and/or thighs and a smaller upper body.

-Dresses that have an empire waist look fantastic on your figure because they are fitted at the smallest part of your body and then flow out over your hips.
